Give it some time...: Hopefully, you are just experiencing the transitional effects of increasing your Lexapro (escitalopram) dose. Usually, this will last for a week or two; and then the effect should smooth out with the benefits of your meds. I'm concerned that you can barely get around! i'm thinking this will just be short term until your system gets used to the new blood levels.
