PCOS: If you have PCOS it cannot be eliminated or cured. Overweight women with PCOS can improve cycles and symptoms with weight loss, but many with PCOS are not overweight. Medicines, including but not limited to birth control pills can help, for some women there is a surgical procedure that can be used.

Improve, usu no cure: Pcos is actually a group of disorders.  You need to be evaluated by a physician.  It's perhaps best to be evaluated by a reproductive endocrinologist/ infertility specialist such as myself to maximize your fertility and minimize health problems.

Diet, Exercise, OCPs: Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome is caused by a hormonal imbalance that prevents follicles from growing normally and eggs from being released each month. People w/ PCOS miss periods because they don't ovulate, so there's no signal to shed the uterine lining. Hormone imbalances that lead to abnormal hair growth can be caused by obesity, so watch your diet and exercise. Control w/ birth control pills!

PCOS: Pcos may be present in up to 30% of women. It is an Insulin resistant state that is characterized by weight gain, irregular or absent periods, hair growth, infertility and predisposition to diabetes. Check w/your gyn. 
Diet, exercise and weight loss will help, as will metformin which can reduce Insulin resistance and regularize menses and even fertility.

Birth control pills : Monophasic birth control pills and metformin in large doses

if patient wants to have baby then clomiphen citrate.

Accepted Answer

Yes there is...: Since a similar physiological link has been found between pcos and diabetes therefore lifestyle modification it is also encouraged as first line of treatment. In other words, a healthy diet and regular exercise with the goal a losing weight and staying active, have been found to help with this condition.

Several treatments: PCOS is an important cause of androgen excess, menstrual irregularity, and cardiometabolic dysfunction in women. Treatments are guided by whether the patient is trying to get pregnant or not.  First line treatments are lifestyle changes/weight loss and combined oral contraceptives.   Antiandrogens (eg spironolactone) are added if necessary. The diabetes drug, metformin is also sometimes used.

Different TTC or not: If not trying to conceive birth control pills are often used, sometimes with antiandrogens like spironolactone as well to decrease acne/hair growth more than bc pills alone. If trying to conceive we use Insulin sensitizers like metformin, plus ovulation-inducing tablets - most commonly Clomid (clomiphene) or Letrozole - sometimes low-dose shots or ivf if needed. Surgery for pcos is no longer a good option.

Ovulation induction: Treatment should begin with ovulation induction if pcos is the only problem causing infertility. Most pcos women are not ovulating regularly. Usually ovulation induction is performed using Clomid (clomiphene) or Letrozole (femara).  These are oral medications taken for 5 days at the beginning of a cycle. Some women with pcos will not respond to these medications and will require injectable medications.
