Not pinworms: I know of no "worm" or other agent that would do that.Although you may be sensing a generalized thing with your skin, your assumptions are faulty.Wright down a history of your problem (s) so you don't forget any important details and schedule an appointment with your doc.

Parasites: I have never heard of that occurring. Recommend treating the worms.

my 3yr f anus and private part keeps itching not pinworms not yeast or uti, i shower her standin up  i use dove sensitv skin laundry detergent is all white container un scented. she barely wants to eat , what else can it be? :( -a desperate mother?

: It is good that she showers standing up as any soap entering the genital area can trigger these symptoms. Once the habit of itching/scratching starts it self-perpetuates as the rubbing/itching triggers tissue responses. I cannot link her feeding pattern to this issue. I would be sure to only rinse her genitals in plain soap free water as even the mildest soaps can trigger an itch.

Pin worms: Pins worms usually present with anal itching.  Doesn't sound like that's what you have.

Dont understand qs.: Pinworms die if the anal-oral cycle is broken--meaning if you do not itch and then put your fingers in your mouth.wash your hands and be careful.there are very safe medications to treat them too.talk to your dr.

Yes: Pinworm is prevalent in usa and europe, but can be seen in both temperate and tropical climates.

Pin-X: Over the counter medication that should adequately treat pinworms.  Just be sure to follow the instructions and repeat the dose in 10-14 days.

Itching: especially at night, will continue.  They can migrate into the vagina and urethra laying eggs there and leading to itching in one or both locations.  See this video
