how do i treat pulles ligaments in the lower back?

Diagnosis first: It is unusual to have back pain that stems only from pulled ligaments, so your first step should be to see a spine specialist (often, a physiatrist) to determine the diagnosis.  If it is truly a pulled ligament, it will usually improve with time, physical therapy, and strengthening of the muscles surrounding the spine and core. Depending on the location of the ligament, prolo therapy may be option.

: iMAGING RESULTS ARE INERESTING, BUT PATTERN OF SYMPTOMS IS NEEDED. IF NO PAIN, NO INTERVESTIONS EXCEPT CORE STRENGTHENING EXERCISES. THE LEVOSCOLIOSIS WILL GET WORSE WITH TIME. BUT SOME PEOPLE DONT HAVE SYMPTOMS. FOR AM STIFFNESS AN NSAID MAY HELP. FOR PAIN WITH TURN/TWIST IT COULD BE DISC; FOR PAIN WORSENING WITH ACTIVITY IT LIKELY IS THE SCOLIOSIS

Conservatively : A ligament tear is a sprain. This will usually respond to rest & ice packs, initially. Followed  by  heat, massages, stretching exercises & otc nsaids. This is then followed by strengthening exercises. When pain free, you should looke into participating in a pilates &/or yoga class. This will provide you with a strong body and help prevent future problems.

Yes: Chiropractic techniques can relieve pain from restricted spinal movement, often seen in reaction to muscle strain or injury to a leg which changes your walk.   A ligament injury (connecting bones, affecting stability) can worsen with chiropractic treatment and set off more muscle spasms and pain.  Your response to chiropractic treatment can help guide medical treatment, if required.

It depends: It depends on a few factors.  You need to know whether the trend of your pain is getting better or worse, whether stretching alleviates or worsens the pain, and whether strengthening alleviates or worsens the pain. 
The exercise program chosen and monitored should be individualized to your specific needs  during each phase of your injury.  See a spine doc if it still persists for a few weeks.

Possibly: It is possible that if you continue to strain your lower back.  Then yes over time this could become permanent. You could speak to an occupational therapist in regards to techniques to help prevent this strain while at the same time keep your job.  Since your Canadian go to your regular doctor to be referred to a good occupational therapist.

Chronic back pain: May be related to the spondylosis. Use analgesics and back strengthening excercise and see a neurosurgeon if radiculopathy develops or pain worsen.

No: Not uncommon to have back pain flare up. Disc bulge is not concerning. Recommend physical therapy and focus on improving mechanics.

Back Pain: Yes, actually it can. If the sacroiliac ligaments are strained there can be instability of the sacroiliac joint. This in turn can lead to irritation of the sciatic nerve positioned next to the joint. This could give sciatica as well as referred pain down the leg.
