Depends: I like the reebok slide for advanced rehab and quad strengthening. If you have patellar arthritis you should not use it. Also use in conjunction with other exercises or as part of circuit training for added benefit.

Unknown: Because there is no medicine or supplement to grow additional height at age 21 years, anything that a person is taking to try to do that may have unknown effects (basically, any effects would be considered side effects). One can exercise and get adequate calcium and vitamin d, to maintain strong bones.

how do you tell when to change the height of crib mattresses?

Developmentally: If your baby can sit up on his/her own and is showing signs of trying to pull up to a standing position, it's time to drop the crib mattress as low as it will go.  Don't wait until your baby is already able to stand up; some six-month-olds have fallen out of their cribs!  once you lower the mattress, it's time to take out accessories like bumpers as well.

NO: Should not be a problem If it is undisplayed  fracture with no over ridding  and growth plates are not involved  Speak to your doctor may have other concerns

Not sure: These are not approved drugs familiar to me. What are they used for? If it did not work, don't use! Waste of money. There is nothing out there to increase your height.

Accepted Answer

Yes: If you are 30 it is unlikely you will grow in height anymore.  For females their growth spurt usually occurs between 10-12 and may grow until 16-18 and for boys their growth spurt is around 12-14 and may grow until 18-20.  If you also have not grown for 5-6 years it is likely you are done growing

Growth spurt age 38: 1. you are now wearing high heels?
2. someone snuck lifters into your shoes?
3. Your measuring tape has shrunk?
4. The Dr has changed offices and his measuring thing was misplaced on wall.

Acromegaly: does not cause significant height growth, because following puberty the growth plates are closed and there is limited ability to grow in length.  If there is excess growth hormone in childhood, before growth plates close, there can be abnormally increased height, but it is called gigantism, not acromegaly.
