Maybe: There have been some reports of arginine/ornithine intake and psychotic episodes; I don't think that whether a person is exercising at the time makes a differernce.  In any case, psychosis is an emergency, and if you or someone you know is having psychosis you should get help through an emergency department or mental health professional immediately

Yes: L-arginine is safe.  It's benefit remains debatable. It is reported to benefit the Nitric Oxide cycle.  However it appears the more expensive l-citrulline may be a better, yet more expensive choice.  Large doses of l-arginine have been used for those trying to boost natural hgh production. The research however shows that high dose bedtime dosing is required,  causes diarrhea.

PRURITIS : PRURITIS excess histamine production to an allergen . Stop l-arginine . Start Zyrtec to block H1 receptor and Zantac (ranitidine) to block H2 receptor . If symptoms persist or worsen seek prompt attention.

No both: Oil fish is more used for treatment of hyperglycemia and you must take about 6 caps daily and L-arginine can help for muscle growth. But i prefer creatine.

L-arginine and: High quality and strong enough (50 % epa&amp;dha) fish oil are good products but high arginine can raise prob of herpes outbreak.  Avoid arginine containing food such as nuts and chocolate.  Lysine supplement will help balance arginine out.  Fish oil studies show benefit for cardio, joints, skin, eyes, and inflammation.  Peace and good health.

No: Spend your time and money on keeping them out of the sun.  Otherwise your scars will heal as you are genetically programmed.  Massage may help speed up the process of maturation which can take a year to 18 months depending on where the scar is.

Amino stacks useless: Arginine and ornithine are nonessential amino acids. In fact your body makes ornithine from arginine. Lysine is an essential AA that MUST come from your diet. The typical healthy teen will see NO benefit from supplements.
