So, it is unlikely, however if you believe you may have been exposed to HIV you can consider post-exposure prophylaxis.

Theoretically it could happen, but salivary enzymes inactivate hiv, so unless secretions containing virus reach behind the oral cavity to lymphatic tissues, including tonsils, it seems as if this would be hard to occur.  No such cases have been documented.

If your partner is on HIV medications and has successfully suppressed the virus then she is very likely not to be too contagious.

Hiv is an incurable ; potentially deadly viral infection if not recognized ; treated. Therefore any risk of HIV transmission - no matter how small - is significant.
