Single breast augmen: Enlarging a single breast non- surgically is difficult and other than use of external breast prosthesis or bra inserts, you could consider the brava external expansion device. Another minimally invasive option I have performed is liposuction reduction of the larger breast and fat grafting of the smaller breast which can all be done with1/8"" incisions and no implant.

No, difficult to do: With vitamins. It depends what you are wanting to do, and this should be evaluated with your doctor, as your diagnosis will determine the course of action available. If you have gynecomastia, then you'll need to discuss options, and it may well be surgical. If it's of something you are taking, smoking, medication, this needs to be explored too, and stopped. So, start w/your doctor first.

Breast size is : Likely to ^ w puberty, pregnancy, breast feeding ; possibly prior to your period.   You can build up chest muscles w exercise ; weight lifting but it will not ^ the amt. Of fatty tissue. There are no pills, herbs or machines that will ^ breast size.  Breast augmentation is surgical enlargement.  A padded bra will ^ appearance of volume.  A supportive, well fitting bra can also enhance appearance.

Likely lymph nodes: There are lymph nodes in the armpit that may become noticeable when a skin irritation or infection involves that shoulder or arm. I would not automatically assume it has to do with the breast surgery/issue. Your doc can evaluate &amp; decide if this is important.

Ask surgeon: Minor surgical procedure on the breast usually leave a small cavity that is closed by approximating the edges  the wound to minimize the space left by the cyst  These are dissolving stitches and are gone by 4 wks.  The skin edges are approximated by  non dissolving skin nylons or a subcuticular dissolving (buried ) stitch in 4 wks.  If you dont see the sutures the surgeon will just watch.
