my vitamin k level was low at 17. taking 80mg of vitamin k @day and eating foods with it as well, how long to raise it? is 17 dangerous level?

Vitamin K helps: with many things but most importantly it helps with clotting factors in your blood.  It is an essential nutrient but not indispensable.   You can raise it slowly without having to worry that it will affect your daily life adversely or acutely.  Continue eating green leafy vegetables and supplements daily. It's common: Inr can be very finicky. Diet alcohol and particularly medications like antibiotics can effect it. However at times there is no obvious cause. It probably depends on your liver 's production of vit k. Take advice of your anti coagulation clinic.

No: That sounds like a good formula for reversing osteopenia and osteoporosis. None of those should have an effect on creatinine levels.

No: Platelet count may increase due to iron deficiency, otherwise diet has little effect on platelet count. It would be prudent to discuss it with your doctor.

9.6 is high: 9.6 is high
on Coumadin (warfarin) we do prothrombin time and inr.
The test done is pt;inr
normal inr is 1
we like to keep inr  between 2to 3.5 depending what you are treating 9.6 is very high and there is risk of serious bleeding that's why your doctor has ordered vitk to neutralize the effect of Coumadin (warfarin) and prevent serious bleeding.

No: Hi. At 30 years old, you're long done gaining height. Nothing you can do to add height after your long bone growth plates fuse in your teens. If you have a healthy diet, of the vitamins and mineral you list, the only ones you're at risk for not getting enough of are calcium and vitamin D, so assure you're getting enough of them. But no supplement of any kind will lengthen bones in you.

120 mcg/day: The fda provides an adequate intake for vit k, as opposed to a recommended daily allowance.  Per the us fda, the ai of vitamin k for an adult male aged 45 is 120 micrograms/day.
