Fix toothache: Most likely your headache is referred pain from the bad tooth.  You need to address the toothache.  You may have to start with antibiotics for the tooth, then what ever that can be done to fix the tooth such as root canal or pulling the tooth ot other.  Hopefully this will take care of the ha.  I would not delay treating the tooth.  Get antibiotics now and see dentist as soon as possible.

Sadly praying: Won't help!  please call your dentist asap to get scheduled.  The sooner you are seen and treated by your dentist, the sooner you will be rid of your "awful toothache". Pain: In Canada you can ask the pharmacist for Tylenol (acetaminophen) #1 which will help the pain. Make sure you are taking antibiotics. Use compresses. Fell better soon.

Every : Every dentist who has treated me in the past, considers severe tooth pain to be urgent. If your dental clinic becomes aware that you are suffering from severe pain, i would be surprised if they did not find a way to get you seen. If you have been too busy, to make an appointment, i suggest that you try to make it a priority. Depending on the location, what feels like a toothache might actually have a different cause. For instance, feeling pain into the tooth area with a maxillary sinus infection.
