Below: The change in breast size should be very slight, and prob will not even be noticeable.

Try to get your BMI at the normal range.
You can get that value from you height and weight,.

Exam: If you are able to feel a breast lump then you need to be seen by a doctor. A diagnostic mammogram can be done to evaluate the mass. A breast mass should not be causing shortness of breath.

why is it when i work out i notice my stomach going down but my chest area puffin out especially the breast the more i exercise the bigger they get?

Are u using: Anabolic steroids?  If so, the testosterone can convert to estrogen and cause gynecomastia.  If not its likely the way you r built and the underling muscle is growing or it's a little more difficult to lose weight there.  Is it fatty tissue protruding over the muscle?  Having a bigger chest and smaller gut is a benefit of excercise, is yours abnormal?

i have a large breast tumor stuck to my chest wall but my breasts are small. can i still get it operated on?

Yes, but chemo first: It sounds like you will need chemotherapy. If you have breast cancer, and it is large, your doctor will likely advise you to have chemotherapy before surgery. This is called "neoadjuvant" chemotherapy. It will help shrink the cancer, which will make it easier to remove surgically.  I have watched tumors the size of a baseball shrink to almost nothing with chemotherapy! best of luck to you!

in between my breasts i have a dark pigment patch of skin that has increasingly grown upwards to my chest into small dark pigment spots. how can i get rid of it?

Pain breast bone: Most likely you pulled a muscle in this are by exercise or lifting or falling.  Keep a diary and share with team. Heating pad helps many.

over a year ago during a check up, my doctor was concern as to why my breast havent grown. my breast has always been very small like a man chest. my doc wants me to go get it checked out. would i go to a gynecologist? even though im only 19.

Yes: A GYN MD can perform the necessary hormone and other testing to determine if there are any developmental problems.

Breast size: Breast size is often determined by genetics and hormones during puberty.  At 32 you are most likely done growing, so the only way to increase breast size would most likely be surgically with implants.

No: Size of breast does not correlate with risk of cancer.
