Breast size: Breast size is often determined by genetics and hormones during puberty. At 32 you are most likely done growing, so the only way to increase breast size would most likely be surgically with implants.

A 46-year-old female asked:
Bigger breast ...What is a brava device and how does it work?

Dr. Joseph Meleanswered

Brava Breast Aug: The brava device is a pair of large suction cups that enlarge the breast through the prolonged application of negative pressure. The cups must be worn every night for months, and compliance is a must. The amount of enlargement is variable, and the maximum enlargement is not near even the average breast implant size. It is not a replacement for breast augmentation, but may help for small increases.

What should I do to get bigger breast naturally?

Wt gain, baby or bra: Although weight gain or pregnancy are the natural methods of breast augmentation, these aren't practical for the average individual. Other than that bras and inserts are your best option. However recently the term "natural breast augmentation" refers to augmentation with your own fat injections. See http://www.Fattransferbreastaug.Com for examples.
