Possibly: If you mean bloated with gas that is a possibility. Sometimes gallbladder dysfunction can lead to difficulty digesting fats which may leave you gassy and bloated. In fact, increased flatulence and belching are secondary symptoms of gallbladder disease. If it persists please check with your doctor.

No: Typically less than 2 cm each (usually more like 1 cm).   There is often a bigger incision, but this is usually hidden in the belly button.

No: gall bladders are usually asmptomatic and only when inflamed from stones does pain develop but never belly enlargement.  Here putting on wt. causes belly enlargement unless there is partial bowel obstruction with distended intestine which can cause protrusion of the abdomen

Gallbladder Polyp: Most small polyps (less than 1 cm) are not malignant, however, when small polyps occur with other conditions (primary sclerosing cholangitis, etc) the risk may be increased. Larger polyps are more likely to develop adenocarcinoma (>1cm).

Hematoma: This simply means a collection of blood. This is cause by bleeding into a space an the blood cannot get out. The body usually absorbs this blood over time.  How long it takes depends on the size

If you are: COMPLETELY asymptomatic (no pain, nausea, gas, etc.), it is safe to leave it until it starts to cause symptoms.  Considering your relatively young age, however, it is most likely that you will develop symptoms during your lifetime, unless you have co-morbidities.  Consult with a surgeon for specific recommendation in your case.

i had open gallbladder removed  out over a year ago but now my stomach is big. i have a fat pad in there and hate it. is this caused from surgery?

Unrelated: probably you are not eating before  due to gall bladder attacks , now you  are free , no longer has pain , eating better ( more ) , additional factor lack of exercise . If it is the cause modify your life style , be more active with exercises and healthy balanced diet.

Yes you should: Have the gallbladder removed. Small polyps (&lt;1 cm) can be watched. Anything bigger should be removed to be sure it is not a cancer.  However, most polyps, even 3cm ones , are simply benign growths.  If it is causing pain, then that is yet another reason to remove it.

my wife have a stone in gallbladder.doctor says its not necessary to take it out.its not so big.but is there any way to break or make it go naturally?

No...: The only effective treatment of gallstones is removal of the gallbladder, but this should only be considered if they are causing problems. The majority of gallstones are asymptomatic.
