Look for everything: Depending on the clinical presentation, you would generate some possibilities- you would have to evaluate everything- is there any bleeding, is there any signs of ischemia, is there any mass ( if the contrast is used), if there is a mass- where is the location, how big it is, is there any mass effect, edema, bleed around it etc. Remember head is a close space-any mass can increase pressure inside.

I assume you have Ac: If it is acid reflux you are talking about, it is easily treatable with antacids. No risk of cancer if you take antacids regularly. You can take medicines like Pepcid (famotidine) or zantac(cheapest drugs to use). More potent drugs are Prilosec or omeprazole...They are very potent and highly effective but cost a bit more.You should try and find out which one works best for you.

● arylamines (2-naphthylamine) and aniline dyes
● in developing countries, schistosoma haematobium ova are deposited in bladder wall and cause chronic inflammation, squamous metaplasia, dysplasia; 70% of tumors are squamous cell carcinoma.
Symptoms are painless hematuria, urinary obstruction.

It depends: Like any other cancer, it depends on location and other factors. A brain tumor in a vital structure will cause symptoms very quickly, but if it is located in a less critical structure, it may get quite large before any obvious symptoms.
