how are you assigned a sponsor in aa?

By asking someone : You're not assigned one, generally you find someone who has good sobriety and some quality that you would like in your life and ask them to be your sponsor, if they say no don't take it personally and move to the next person. You want someone who has done the steps themselves and are willing to take you through them.

Small changes: There is no easy solution. By making small changes in your life style you will be able to lose weight.For example, eat smaller portions, eat more fruits and vegetables, substitute fruit for your snacks instead of cookies, etc. For exercise try to walk 10, 000steps a day.

Visually: If during a female exam the dr asks you to "bear down-as if having a bowel movement" we are looking for any weakness in the "pelvic floor"which is the area from the bottom of your pubic hair to your tail-bone.A bulge here suggests to us where the weakness is.

Symptoms experienced as a result of arthrofibrosis of the knee include stiffness, pain, limping, heat, swelling, crepitus, and/or weakness. Clinical diagnosis may also include the use of magnetic resonance imaging

Betablockers: I see you're on atenolol. A more potent beta blocker like Nadolol may help. Pots can be difficult to control.

if you do have covid, how are you expecting it to be treated?

Accepted Answer

Might not require tx: Some people are asymptomatic &amp; might not need treatment. Those with mild sxs usually do fine with hydration, rest, Acetaminophen,  decongestant and nasal saline irrigation. People who are more ill may require supplemental oxygen, IV hydration and bronchodialators. What meds are needed depends on the symptoms.
