Not palpitations: The ear and cheek issues are more likely to be acute sinusitis. Not chronic. Neither should cause heart palpitations unless you are running a fever (&gt;101.5).

Heat: Unilateral neurological symptom would suggest some type of nerve irritation The symptoms for cheek to foot would be from some irritation to nerve root from your neck.

lately i've been really hot often times even my ears heart up making my head feel hot feels like hot flashes but it's continuous i've never experienced this before just started happening a few months ago.

Hot flashes vary: iIs you are in the age range, it would probably be the likely cause of your symptoms. Certain allergic type reactions, including certain medications can also trigger similar symptoms. If you haven't had your annual physical, this would be a good time to schedule one fir your PMD to review all info and help make you feel better:)

why do my ears and head get hot after accutane? ears turn red..

Not sure: Not sure, i couldn't find any listing of it as a common or even less common side effect of accutane.  Have you tried taking it at bedtime instead to see if it doesn't bother you because you are sleeping?  If not, that would be my advice.

Allergies? vs. virus: Sounds as if something is creating inflammation in your upper respiratory tract resulting in congestion.  What this is due to cannot be diagnosed without more history and exam.  If it keeps up and is bothersome, see a doctor.  Good luck.

Infectious: Your symptoms sound like you have an infection, either viral or bacterial, the latter of which may require antibiotic treatment to improve.  See a dr, for an examination and the diagnosis, so the proper treatment can occur, best wishes to you.
