Not sure spider bite: Unless you actually watched the spider bite you, I'm not convinced what you have is "a spider bite". Many people mistake a skin abcess/cellulitis for a spider bite. In reality, it's a serious skin infection. If you are now to the point you are having fever, sweats, etc, you need to get to doctor ASAP (like next 6 hours), be evaluated and start treatment if needed. Don't wait any longer!

Variety of reasons: These symptoms could be from a virus , bacterial infection a series of other illnesses. Normally viral illness lasts a few days then resolves. I recommend you see your primary or clinic just to rule out bacterial causes of this . Simple blood work can be done at that time as well.

Weakness: You have orthostatic hypotension  as a result of rising out of bed to rapidly. As a result your blood can't get to your brain fast enough  from a lying to a standing position. As a result you experience weakness and profuse sweating. On arising get up slowly.

Fluids: I would advise small amounts of clear liquids, offered frequently. Monitor his temperature and treat fever with Tylenol.
If he seems dehydrated- for example: less saliva, decreased urination, loss of weight, please see your physician right away.
For any abdominal pain, dehydration or distress, please see acute care right away.

Any time: Honestly, I believe that having migraines that bad at any interval is too often and you should be seen by your doctor to talk to him/her about options to help abort them just as you feel them coming on to stop them before they get that bad so you don't have to suffer so much like that. Both are self limiting - food poisoning generally resolves < 24 hrs.  Main thing is to stay hydated.  If you cant, and have persistent vomiting then see a dr.
