Maybe food poisoning: Your symptoms could be due to food poisoning, which is due to a staph bacteria toxin, or it could be due to one of many viruses that cause stomach distress. Both are self limiting - food poisoning generally resolves < 24 hrs. Main thing is to stay hydated. If you cant, and have persistent vomiting then see a dr.
