Feel like throwing up as soon as i get out of bed. hot and cold sweats. no fever yet. weakness. as long as i'm lying down, i feel ok. what is this?

Weakness: You have orthostatic hypotension as a result of rising out of bed to rapidly. As a result your blood can't get to your brain fast enough from a lying to a standing position. As a result you experience weakness and profuse sweating. On arising get up slowly.
