Horse chestnut etc.: I have no idea and would greatly appreciate hearing from you about these products. Unless you have type 1 diabetes I don't like the term "diabetic" because your goal should always be to get rid of diabetes. It is not easy to get rid of diabetes but it should be your goal over time - not overnight

For less than 3 mo.: diosmin seems more popular  with users. Both can cause itching nausea and diarrhea. If you need to use one or the other for more that 3 months, see your MD to make sure you aren't having any adverse effects

Yes: Both of these herbs are useful for the heath of our vascular system and help with varicose veins/venous insufficiency and other circulatory problems. Thus, they are often used together and often combined in the same formula- sometimes also combined  with gotu kola and bioflavonoid extracts like diosmin.

No help: Unfortunately, horse chestnut seed extract can't and won't improve the appearance of spider veins.  If you have any symptoms due to your spider veins, horse chestnut seed extract might make a difference, but even that is unlikely since horse chestnut is most likely to help swelling and you probably won't get that from spider veins.  The best way to get rid of spider veins is sclerotherapy.
