It depends: On what may be causing the imbalance.  Some imbalances require hormones to be supplemented like in an underactive thyroid(hypothyroidism).  Otherwise if you have no pathologic hormonal issue, just live healthy.  That means make sure you eat healthy, make sure your weight is reasonable, sleep well, remain active and keep up good social supports.

Hormone replacement: Its never a good idea to take a hormone as a supplement unless there is a deficiency.  Even in some hormone deficiencies, the drawbacks to replacement outweigh the benefits.  While there is some limited evidence that dhea replacement can help specific groups (people with addison's disease for example), I am unaware of evidence for pregnenolone replacement.  Endocrinologists have this knowledge.

Green tea: No it isn't harmful to thyroid and hormone balance. Furthermore, the potential health benefits from green tea are so small that you also should not be drinking gallons of it a day to try and amplify its benefits. Hope this helps

i am currently on dianne for clear skin and hair growth as well as hormone balance. i am thinking of replacing the pill with the mirena, will it still help with the above listed conditions?

Mirena IUD: Although Mirena IUD's contain progesterone,  your periods will be essentially like they were prior to oral bcp's.  The amount of progesterone in Mirena will not suppress ovarian estrogen production, and fluctuations of estrogen production will sometimes increase acne.  Best may be to stay on low dose oral bcp's for better control of acne.

Not likely: This antibiotic is unlikely to cause problems with your period but the fact that you are sick enough to need antibiotics could certainly be a factor.

i left my birth control pill 3 months ago, since then i am experiencing out of norm weight gain.  {8 kg in one month}.  i eat the normal way i use to, in fact eating much healthier.  will themolene adult help with hormone balance?

Weight gain?: Weight gain is usually related to excess calories, or more infrequently, disturbance of thyroid metabolism.  See your gyn physician for an exam and testing of your thyroid,, and start a low carbohydrate diet, add exercise (brisk walking for 30-45 minutes a day).  "Fat burning medications" are not always safe.

does self breast massage help with hormone balance? i usually do it until i ovulate and then after period. is there any lubricant to avoid on breasts?

No harm done: I doubt that you can balance your hormones by doing what you are doing, but it does not harm. You can use any oil or lubricant which has a nice scent and is not too oily.

Not exactly: A hormone imbalance is unlikely to cause seizures in someone who does not have a seizure disorder. There is an coorelation to hormone changes, such as monthly menstrual period and pregnancy, in patients with an underlying seizure disorder.

: You will need to consult with an infertility specialist because managing this type of disease process is extremely complex and in need of someone who is trained and experienced in achieving successful pregnancy options for women who have PCOS.
