Nystagmus?: You may be describing nystagmus which is involuntary movement of the eyes. You need to see an ophthamologist to evaluate this. There may be some benefit from medications such as baclofen, namenda, Gabapentin or keppra (levetiracetam).

i have uncontrolled rapid eye movement where my eyes flutter up and down at least 10 times a day or more this happened all my life, what causes this?

Flutter: Fluttering eye movements may be an oscillopsia or blepharospasm.  Oscillopsia is a normal finding, often inherited-- as long as you don't find distortion in your vision, it is benign-- blepharospasm is usually benign as well and can be caused by dry eye, stress, caffeine, allergy, or fatigue.

Yes and no: There have been post- marketing case reports of Nucynta (tapentadol) causing hallucinations.  I did not see any reference to rapid eye movements or eye pain associated with it. It would be a good idea to see an optometrist to see if you have glaucoma which many central nervous system drugs can trigger. A neurology or ophthalmologist should evaluate you for causes of nystagmus, the rapid eye movements

90% normal: Spikes and sharp waves are abnormal. Most other waves are pretty normal. The facial "twitch" could potentially be interpreted as abnormal based on the clinical scenario.

The : The causes of dizziness can be multiple. If you get them only when you change your body position as described in your question, you may have what is called positional vertigo. In that case, there are usually associated symptoms like ringing in your ears, nausea and vomiting. Your doctor will have to test your equilibrium see if you have blood pressure change, abnormal eye jerks, and other related neurological deficits. He or she may even have to order additional tests and studies.
The syndrome you are experiencing may or may not be benign. So go see your doctor if you have not done so.

Better than nothing: Coma can be considered as reversible if some responses are noted.  These responses may be from deep structures and not from true conscious centers.  However, they can be considered as signs that the coma is reversible.  Degree of recovery may still be uncertain, and time for recovery may be uncertain.

Need more informatio: Urinating and bowel movements will continue even in coma.  Motor movements may not be purposeful.  They may be significant if they are in response to requests for movement or to touch or noxious stimuli.  They may not be purposeful and represent involuntary reflexes.  Eye movements are significant if they represent pursuit of or looking toward visual stimuli.
