Yes.: Hcg is a hormone that rises predictably after becoming pregnant.  There are at home tests (urine dipstick test) that simply test for the presence of HCG at a certain concentration found in pregnancy, but a blood draw in a doctor's office or hospital is required to determine the absolute HCG level.

Fasting: Fasting blood sugar of more than 100 will warrant a laboratory test on plasma, in fasting state. Nerve damage should not occur from less than diabetic levels of blood sugar.

: Home pregnancy tests are accurate.  The delay of your menstruation may be due to delay in ovulation, which of course postpones the onset of the next menstruation.  See your GYN physician for guidance and additional testing.

Sounds like it: If you have been having BHCG every 2 days since Aug 5th it seems to me you would also have seen a doctor by now who is ordering the blood tests. It is important that your doctor go over your results with you and explain the plan of care .  A falling BHCG level is typically indicative a miscarriage. Please confirm with your  doctor who has all of your information

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that,the data you provided is not diagnostic of diabetes.
Exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol or weed.
