Treatment depends on causes: infection (fungal, parasitic, bacterial, std), local irritants (moisture, soaps, diet, drugs), dermatitis (psoriatic, atopic, seborrheic), cancer, hemorrhoids, fissures, fistulae, rectal prolapse, fecal contamination (diarrhea, incontinence).

: The most important way to prevent recurrence of the fissure is to avoid constipation and hard stool , by eating a  high fiber diet ,drinking  extra fluids and  engaging in  regular exercise .  Other causes of a recurrent  fissure can be diagnosed by  a careful examination  , with further  testing , like anoscopy and colonoscopy ,as  indicated  .  In such cases, specific treatment would be given.

Significant amounts of mucus and mucus accompanied by diarrhea, pain or blood may signify an intestinal condition such as infection or inflammation.

Bum pain: Sitz bathes can be helpful. Sit in a bathtub with warm water.  There needs to be enough water to submerge the anal area. Soak for about 15 minutes – several times a day.

Odd statement: I'll assume you mean you had an imperforate anus at birth and at 33 have persisting issues. This defect is incompatible with life if not  operated on in infancy. A normally functioning anus is rare after repair of all but the most favorable short segment defects. Consulting a gastroenterologist and colorectal surgeon may give you a clear picture of your options.
