Depends: Dribbling is a sign of urinary obstruction.  Most likely this is due to enlargement of the prostate.  There could be other causes, however.  This will depend on your age, usually.  Older men have larger prostates and thus more obstruction.  Infections can cause this.  Urethral problems can cause this.  Bladder pathology could cause this.  I would recommend you see your pcp or urologist & get exam.

Depends: What exactly do u mean by dribbling.  Slow urination or leakage.  Weak stream can be an anatomical problem such as stenosis.  Leakage can be anatomical or just weak muscles.  If just weak, kegal exercises could help with that

Urethral stricture?: It sounds like you might have a urethral stricture, which on rare occasions might result from infection or irritation from a catheter. Prostate problems are the most common explanation overall, but uncommon at your age. For sure see your doctor soon about this; s/he probably will refer you to a urologist.

: If you haven't consulted a neurologist you should do so. I think parkinsonism is in the equation here especially if you note some stiffness of your limbs and slower motions.
