Postvoid dribbling?: Urinary dribbling is usually referred to the annoying dribbling out some urine after zipping in the penis, which results from aging-related muscle weakness around the bulbous urethra and reflects the tightness of penile suspensory ligament, but can be helped with urethral milking by stroking urethra from area behind the sac toward the end of urethra for 2-4 times until not more urine dribbles out.
