i have perianal hematoma. it is the size of a marble and painful. i read it is not that serious. are there any home remedies i can use to cure it?

Perianal abscess?: This type of discharge, for this long, suggests it was more than a hematoma, more likely an abscess. Or if originally a hematoma, now secondarily infected -- but this makes little difference. You need to see a doctor soon for further diagnosis and treatment, which might include an antibiotic prescription, minor surgery for drainage, or both. Good luck!

Not recommended: The abscess is cause by a connection of the inside of your rectum and the surrounding fatty tissue, very common condition.  The rule is to treat the abscess with surgery and when the infection is gone, then investigate the source and get rid of that connection (fistula).

Need to see doctor: If this is related to anal intercourse, then one needs to be sure that the male does not have penile fungal infection. However one needs to consider other factors such as diabetes mellitus or impaired immune status as well. This is something better discussed with your own doctor.

hi, i had my perianal abscess surgery and after that i went through mri turn out i have complex perianal sinus tract 8cm, is it the same with fistula? is laser good treatment for my sinus tract? and will it just like fistula keep coming back?

: "Perianal sinus tract" and "fistula" are synonymous, and are difficult to treat surgically, with poor healing usually the cause given the location.  Best is to see a colorectal surgeon for his/her treatment options.

Patience: A bruise that does not otherwise interfere with function of a limb or organ can be left alone to self heal. It will go through color change over time &amp; the body should process any broken blood vessels for self repair over a 2-4 wk period. If there is loss of function a virtual consult with your doc would be the next level to consider.
