: You cannot target an area for weight gain or weight reduction. With increasing you will gain volume in your face. Do not gain weight in an attempt to make your face fuller. Gaining weight will only add to your problems of big belly and hips.

Benzoyl peroxide: Laser treatment is for extreme cases. You owe it to yourself to start using topical benzyl peroxide as you can tolerate. If this hasn't cleared you in two weeks, find a free clinical where a sympathetic physician will give you an inexpensive script for something like tetracycline, which addded to the BP should be sufficient.
