: Hi: if it's still bleeding after 2 days, you should see a doctor, to see if there are better ways to stop the bleeding and to check for infection.
Typically after putting a good amount of pressure for more than 10 minutes or so the bleeding should stop.
The wound may easily reopen when you put pressure on it, like walking.
Over the counter corn cushion may help, but you should still be seen.

See a doctor: This sounds like a brown recluse or "fiddle back" spider bite. They are very common throughout much of the us  this causes necrosis (the hole in your foot). Although not life-threatening, it is extremely serious and needs to be treated asap.

Put antibiotic : Ointment and bandage it up....if it is bleeding elevate your foot and apply Ice to help stop and apply a compressive bandage...look for signs of infection and if you develop see doctor.

seriously, it's in your best interests to seek professional help for this, not look for some quick fix on-line thing.

Warts (assuming your diagnosis is correct) never are deeper than your epidermis, the outer-most layer of skin.  It may look deep, but that's only because the bottom of your foot is the thickest epidermis you own.  But when you treat a wart with an acid, the acid doesn't know where your wart ends and you begin, and you can burn deeper tissues that really shouldn't be burnt (and thus, one of the reasons you shouldn't be tinkering with this yourself).

There is a good chance the pain you're having is due to a burn.  Needless to say, stop the acid and keep the area clean and dry.  You can put silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) cream or a burn cream on it for a couple of days, but please go see a dermatologist or podiatrist.

I'm not sure what : Exactly you mean by a whole in the foot...are we speaking of a bonafide ulcer? If so you should see a foot doctor or dermatologist....if its just one of the blisters erupting it sounds more along the lines of a bullous Tinea pedis or athletes foot and a topical antifungal would be a good starting point.

It could be...: Athlete's foot. The best otc medication (in my opinion) is lotrimin (clotrimazole) ultra. Dilute vinegar soaks are good as well.  Dry the inside of your shoes by placing them up-side down over an air return vent at home overnight. If this doesn't make things better in a couple days, see a podiatrist.
