HIV: Cdc laboratory studies have shown that drying HIV reduces the viral amounts by 90 to 99 percent within several hours. There have been no cases of HIV that were transmitted from contaminated surfaces.

: There are few in any cases of anyone ever catching HIV through shared razors or other contact with blood in the environment. It's a theoretical risk that rarely if ever happens. Therefore, duration of HIV survival doesn't matter:  however long it survives, nobody gets infected. Play it safe and never share razors without disinfection -- but that's mostly to prevent infections other than HIV.

No risk, no worry: It is very difficult to catch HIV by swallowing it. There is no realistic chance of blood in the straw (where would it come from???), but even if there were, you would not be at risk.

It cannot : The HIV virus is a very fragile virus and does not survive very long outside the body. Touching dried blood would not cause any risk for HIV infection. No: The antibodies are not living so no it will not.  Usually blood is collected in test tubes where a vacuum (no air) is what causes the blood to go into the tube, but there is always a little bit of air within the needle bore but of no consequence.

Low risk: but it may depend on timing.  Does she even have HIV? If not the risk is zero.  It wouldn't hurt to get checked.  Condoms also prevent other STDs

No risk, no worry: Nobody has ever been known to catch HIV through a contaminated environment. You will be at risk if and when you are sexually acrive or if you use drugs by injection and share needles with other persons. Otherwise no risk and no worries. (Since no cases are acquired this way, the biological reasons don't matter. HIV dies when blood or secretions die, but there may be other reasons as well.)
