There are few in any cases of anyone ever catching HIV through shared razors or other contact with blood in the environment. It's a theoretical risk that rarely if ever happens. Therefore, duration of HIV survival doesn't matter: however long it survives, nobody gets infected. Play it safe and never share razors without disinfection -- but that's mostly to prevent infections other than HIV.
