Neuromuscular: Weakness and soreness is not a symptom of HIV or aids. Two negative screening tests for HIV in 4 months is very good indication of no contact with  HIV as no antibody production is detected. This is more valid if no high risk activity occurred between the two testings. Check with your physician to further investigate the cause of your weakness.

See doctor: The issue cannot be addressed adequately in this forum. You need to be evaluated by physical examination and likely some lab tests. Please see your doctor for an in-person evaluation.

Technically...: If the vomit had blood in it then technically yes.  Per studies done on contraction of HIV from body fluid exposure the incidence of contracting HIV per 10,000 people exposed is "negligible."  Speak to your doctor if you are concerned and want to discuss prophylactic treatment and testing.

: Fragile virus. We find great differences in the ability of viruses to survive outside their preferred habitat. For HIV that is the blood flowing inside the body. Expose it to the outside and it dies, much as you would on the surface of the sun.

HIV spread: HIV is transmitted by exposure to blood or body fluids of an infected individual. And in the exposed individual, dosage, and site of exposure may play a role as well. Food is generally not contaminated with blood or body fluids of HIV-positive individuals. Cooked food, even if it contained HIV, would not be infectious. So, avoid blood or body fluids, but don't worry about an HIV+ server.

Oral Sex: It is very unlikely to get HIV as the receptive partner in oral sex ( the one receiving oral sex).  Performing oral sex on a man us more risky than performing oral sex on a female.

In studies of gay men those who perform oral sex on an infected man find that this is the third most common way they get hiv.

can you get hiv through non-penetrative sex at all?

Yes but...: It's about body fluids. Sex, IV drug abuse or blood exposure. Non-penetrative sex with an hiv+ partner can still expose you through any breaks in your skin. That includes oral and anal sex as well as any exposure to vaginal fluids or semen.

Depends: What do you mean by protected sex? Are your partners infected? To avoid hiv, you should be in a monogamous relation with a person who has been tested to be negative for hiv. See this site for more info.

Unlikely: Depends on what was in the trash. Unless there was blood stained materials or excrement in the trash you are not at risk.
