HIV spread: HIV is transmitted by exposure to blood or body fluids of an infected individual. And in the exposed individual, dosage, and site of exposure may play a role as well. Food is generally not contaminated with blood or body fluids of HIV-positive individuals. Cooked food, even if it contained HIV, would not be infectious. So, avoid blood or body fluids, but don't worry about an HIV+ server.

In clinical settings: Single use, disposable sterile needles are used. This does not create a risk for the tranmission of  HIV to the person who is having their blood drawn.

Blood easier: Most of the tests are based on detecting antibodies to HIV, not HIV per se. Antibodies are present in blood and blood is easier to collect than semen. Finally women can not provide semen.

Yes: Very good studies have shown that the risk of acquiring an STD (including HPV) is higher for an uncircumcised male. So, an uncircumcised male is more likely to contract an STD than a male who is circumcised.

Yes &amp; no: A bloody razor could in theory pass a germ like HIV into a cut if it was fresh. However, the HIV virus is very sensitive to drying &amp; exposure and inactivates quickly on objects.  A hardy virus like hepatitis B could easily pass that way. I don't think your chickenpox would, since it incubates for 10-21 days before emerging.

: Zero risk, or so close to zero that you should ignore it. In the 40+ years of the known worldwide HIV/AIDS epidemic, not one person has been known to be infected by contact with blood in the environment -- only by sex or blood sharing with needles, transfusion, etc. You will not be the first.
