Very unlikely: There is a very remote risk, if the blood was from a HIV positive person and was fresh enough to not have dried and you had an open would that came in contact with blood containing HIV virus.

Any concern that you may have this is worth seeing your physician over -- a pcr assay for HIV would give you the answer. It's unlikely you caught HIV in this way; if this man is worth considering your boyfriend, he'll gladly offer to get himself checked as well.
