Stop worrying: Chapped lips aren't actively bleeding. They are sealed with fibrin and platelets. You're not going to have virally-infected blood enter your system that way.

Yes &amp; yes: The answer to both of your questions is yes. Yes, anxiety can make you fatigued. But so can infection, regardless of type. While I can't speak as to healthcare in Hungary, if you were in the States, I would recommend that you see your Family Doc and get tested for sexually transmitted diseases several times over next several months while abstaining. In future, wear condom each &amp; every time.

Anything is possible: If you have engaged in any type of potentially dangerous sexual activity then you may be at risk. I would recommend that you put your mind at ease by going to your doctor or the local public health department and get checked out. If the depression persists in spite of negative testing then please see a psychiatrist for treatment of the depression. Psychotherapy would also be indicated. : A negative result with a 4th combo test at 6 weeks indicates no HIV. However, HIV is only one of the STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.

Genital ulcer?: Genital yeast infections are uncommon in men. An open sore of the penis (a "cut"?) is not likely due to yeast. The most common cause by far is genital herpes. Syphilis also is a possible cause. See a doctor for proper diagnosis -- the sooner the better for accurate diagnosis, and for effective treatment if it's herpes. Don't have sex until the "cut" has been diagnosed and has healed.

Treat infections: His immune system is weak and he is prone to infection . Treat infections, reduce stress by eating well and exercise. Watch for signs of breathing difficulty, vomiting and pain. If he is confused, a brain MRI may be indicated to rule out inflammation. Provide fluids and follow up with your physician.
