: These test results are around 99% conclusive. If you need 100% proof, have another AgAb (4th generation, combo) test 45 days ore more after the exposure.

Pretty reliable: most people who turn positive would be positive at least borderline by day 14-20. There are uncommon cases of over 1 month to turn positive. NOte that the incidence of this is far lower than the liklihood of someone Totally Lying about What They are Doing !.
Oh, sorry, that's for the antibody. The antigen/other measures of virus should be done TOGETHER with antibody. REALLY low risk of false negat

HIV testing: The HIV ag/ab combo assay is a chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay for simultaneous qualitative detection of HIV p24 antigen and antibodies to HIV type 1 (hiv-1 or hiv-2 in human serum and plasma. . It is accurate and inexpensive HIV test that is also called combo testing. Do not know which specific test you took but the lab can tell you if you call.  You are probably free of HIV disease.
