About 95%: Probably about 95% reliable. You should also have an antigen-antibody ("duo", "combo") test at 4-6 weeks. But probably all is OK: the average HIV transmission risk for a single episode of vaginal sex, if one partner is infected, is around once for every 1000-2000 exposures.
