i have i.i.h., c.s.f. pressure getting worse. ears/head/back, eyes esp. when i look left/right. hit head, now fluid from outer edges of eyes.

IC hypertension: YOU need to see your neurologist as soon as possible. If you have not consulted a neurosurgeon this should be done . The problem is affected normal function and may be that some meds may help or do you need shunted. 
See the doc as soon as possible

Drooping eyelid: Trauma around the eyes can cause a drooping eyelids.  However there can be many causes for drooping lids.  If you have a drooping lid following trauma I strongly suggest that you be evaluated by an expert to determine why you that is drooping

hit head moderately hard on desk 10 days ago. headaches daily since and pressure behind eye but no other symptoms. see doctor?

Always see your Dr.: if there's trauma involved! Hitting one's head hard on the desk can easily cause headaches, and even if it's self induced, it warrants you seeing your own doctor and getting it checked out! If you have pressure behind the eye, it can signal some sinus issues or also referred pain from cervicalgia (neck issues). Ask for a referral to an osteopathic cranial doctor (D.O.) to have this treated too.

my left pupil is larger than right. also i get double vision a lot when tired, and my left eye is crossed. hit head and also have hemi cp left?

Consult an eye doc: please consult an ophthalmologist ASAP.   For how long do you have these symptoms?  Is it getting worse with time?  You will through exam and history to help with your diagnosis.

toddler fell hit head then fell asleep used my s21ultra led flashlight in the dark holding her eyelids open one at a time shining light about a minute at a time at an inch away for at least 6 times because i couldn't see pupil.did i damage her eyes?

: I'm not sure your examination actually revealed (or is capable of revealing) anything significant. If you are concerned about any traumatic damage, go see your pediatrician.

hit head on granite counter top.no bump and no major headache. little dizzy after. been 15 hrs.eyes were not dialated. still worried about internal?

Follow up: I would make sure you are near a loved one to monitor you for any changes in your condition.  I would go to an emergency room if there is any deterioration.  I would not trust myself to make these decisions, and the kids do not count))).

Post fight pains: Did you mean "seizures" or "stitches?" If you had seizures, you need to see a neurologist IMMEDIATELY. If "stitches," where were they? You say the head wasn't touched. A "whiplash" type injury could cause the stiffness; The pain behind the eye is hard to explain w/ no facial injuries. Ice the area and if the pain doesn't subside, consult your doctor.

1 yr old son hit head on toy from standing position. now below eye socket is swollen. no change in behaviour, no vomiting. does he need to go to er?

Eye injury: If he is acting normal I would simply observe him. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is fine for any discomfort and will not mask the signs of a major injury.Try to apply ice as best as he will allow. Most injuries like this are minor and  do not require intervention.  Certainly even a minor fall can cause significant injuries but usually close observation is all that is required. Watch for changes in behavior and activity

No if you feel fine : That is fine. Just self monitor for delayed symptoms.  You can have a concussion with or without loss of consciousness. Possible symptoms include: headache/ pressure of head, inability to recall what happened,  dizziness, decreased coordination, ringing in the ears, confusion, slurred speech, nausea or vomiting & extreme fatigue. If you believe you have a concussion please seek  medical care. Seek.
