Convenience, side fx: Capecitabine causes more diarrhea and can make hands and feet very sore, but you avoid the need for a pump at home which may allowore freedom.  The efficacy is equivalent so it depends on what is more important to you.

Years: That is billion dollar question and also equally that expensive to release the drug .  Safety and effectiveness is tested  in phase iii for fda approval to go for  phase IV to public rx may take may take long time,  some times years and some times never drug disappears . Public safety is essential, look what happened to thalidamide , a tragedy.

Scam??: Fairly familiar with traditional Medicine. Never heard of a traditionally verified “mitochondrial disorder”. Such abnormalities are so profound that the fetus is not viable and is spontaneously aborted.

Have heard of lots (and lots) of scams, many using the word “mitochondrial”

Yes: This can be done, although most dentists do not routinely use a rubber dam for restorative treatment. In some cases it would be more problematic to try to use a rubber dam for a class v cavity than not.

Bipolar leads: The limb leads are bipolar leads. Lead I is bipolar using left arm and right arm, it is not based on a single limb lead but more like and arrow with a leading edge and trailing edge.  The same goes for the other limb leads using different combinations of arm (r or l) and leg (r or l) etc.   hope this helps.

Q waves generally mean heart muscle damage in the past, yet there are instances that these findings may be because of other reasons... these tools should not be taken in isolation. Please see cardiology specialist or your primary care physician.
