There is also that remote possibility of pregnancy :) Lower back pain with radiation may mean sciatica unrelated.

Such problems  express in women with joint hypermobility syndrome, as is described by the brighton criteria.

Take pain medicine a: You need to go see a doctor to examine you and run some tests to help sort out what is wrong. For now take pain medication, either tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin but they work only for 6-8 hours, so you will have to repeat it 2-3 times a day. It is not uncommon to miss periods if your general health is not good..So you need to see a doctor soon.

: You should see your gynecologist so that you can be examined as the first step to diagnosing your symptoms. Occasionally, there is a cycle where ovulation does not occur and a period is missed. If pain persists into other parts of your cycle consider getting an mri to look for a bulging disc. See your doctor first because there are characteristics of the leg pain that may help narrow it down.
