Take pain medicine a: You need to go see a doctor to examine you and run some tests to help sort out what is wrong. For now take pain medication, either tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin but they work only for 6-8 hours, so you will have to repeat it 2-3 times a day. It is not uncommon to miss periods if your general health is not good..So you need to see a doctor soon.
