The world is not going to end from radiation, heat waves, tornadoes, typhoons, lightening, floods, earthquakes, cold wave or any thing else like that. Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Better bra: You may need a massage to work out which eve issue is there now.  Consider different bra, properly fitted.  Also, see how you wear your purse, bag, or other activity that may influence that area. May need some strength work out to get your back muscles stronger.

You may also have some lateral patella issues
it s difficult to tell without an exam
most of these can be treated with ice, nsaids
and rest.
Sometimes physical therapy with modalities
and stretching can be helpful.

May be torn meniscus: You should see your doctor.  These symptoms often indicate a torn meniscus or possibly a problem with your kneecap.  A careful exam and perhaps an MRI will tell all.

Muscular vs circ: Most likely this is muscular and related to the strength, anatomy, or endurance of your calf muscles and will improve with stretching before or activity and exercise. Consistent calf pain with exercise, that resolves with rest can also be a sign of poor circulation in your legs, so it might be a good idea to have this checked by your physician to be safe.
