Not necessarily: In most cases of elevated globulin, no multiple myeloma is present. Globulin elevation is often non-specific and can be present in cases of inflammation such as colds, infections, etc. To rule in multiple myeloma, there must be certain globulin fractions present. Electrophoresis of the blood and/or urine will be able to determine that.

Ca not a test for : Myeloma.  Your calcium is normal but that does not say anything about myeloma. You are young to have myeloma, but if you have concerns your doctor can order blood tests. See this site for more info.

It depends: I am not a "transplanter", but i would not word your question the way you have.
Some mm patients benefit from a second (tandem) autologous sct.
This is something that needs to be discussed with the transplant team and i don't think is amenable to a generic answer.

RDW: Wha you do not mention is if you have anemia.  Rdw means your red blood cells are regenerating fast and may be compensating for blood loss, anemia, etc. You need to provide more information for a better answer. The bruising may or may not be related.

: More than a third of people who come to a hospital have abnormal kappa lambda without any serious implications. If this is all that you are concerned about, do not worry. Your doctor can order a protein electrophoresis if there are other indications for the test.
