Ca not a test for : Myeloma. Your calcium is normal but that does not say anything about myeloma. You are young to have myeloma, but if you have concerns your doctor can order blood tests. See this site for more info. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/multiple-myeloma/ds00415.

I have a decrease in my albumin level and an increase in my calcium level. My went from 4.1-3.9-3.6 and calcium went from 8.6-9.2-9.6. My ESR is 10, HB is 14, MCV is 85 and IDH is 129. Could I have myeloma?
