im 33 years old female i have very high rbc in urine (50-150mm3). i had ct scan and all seems normal.could it be from vaginal discharge as i breastfed?

Sometimes: Breastfeeding would be unrelated, but yes, in women who are on their period or spotting a urinalysis can show blood that is not really coming from the bladder.  A doctor may perform a catheter urine collection to eliminate the chance of contamination from vaginal blood/discharge.  If the blood really is from the bladder and with no recent UTI, further testing may be needed, i.e. cystoscopy

Hematuria: This persistent microhematuria is abnormal and should be further investigated. If you haven't had a  cystoscopy, careful prostate examination, kidney ct scan, cytology studies of your urine, you probably should. A nephrologist should be involved nevertheless. A kidney biopsy may be recommended. Leg pain may require an orthopedic consultation and is probably unrelated.

If you collected the urine sample without contamination with vaginal fluid, then you may wish to discuss it with your doctor.

Renal colic: most likely you are having renal colic the ultrasound does not show stone it will only show if the kidney is blocked by stone and causing enlargement or not
you might need to have a CT scan
stay hydrated avoid soda and see a doctor if the pain is getting bad

I wonder if you have diabetes insipidus (not diabetes with sugar problems) that makes you lose excessive amounts of water. If you have diabetes insipidus you would be urinating more than 4 liters a day, often thirsty and have a tendency towards dehydration.

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, most of the high values could be due to dehydration. Drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless. Negative 4 gen rules out HIV from exposure.
