Go to doctor ASAP: The presence of red blood cells in the urine is not consistent with urinary tract infection. It is more consistent with glomerulonephritis. The fact that you are now describing coughing in addition suggests what is known as a pulmonary renal syndrome. This needs immediate attention.

Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, high B12 is not some thing to be concerned about. If you collected the urine sample without contamination with vaginal fluid, then you may wish to discuss it with your doctor.

I wonder if you have diabetes insipidus (not diabetes with sugar problems) that makes you lose excessive amounts of water. If you have diabetes insipidus you would be urinating more than 4 liters a day, often thirsty and have a tendency towards dehydration.

Sometimes: Breastfeeding would be unrelated, but yes, in women who are on their period or spotting a urinalysis can show blood that is not really coming from the bladder.  A doctor may perform a catheter urine collection to eliminate the chance of contamination from vaginal blood/discharge.  If the blood really is from the bladder and with no recent UTI, further testing may be needed, i.e. cystoscopy

Having said that, most of the high values could be due to dehydration. Drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless. Negative 4 gen rules out HIV from exposure.
