: If your past &amp; current diet is somehow deficient in the vitamins needed for your system a supplement may be beneficial. If not, they simply flush out of your body in feces or urine within a day or two.

Iron tablets: The iron is combined with some other component like sulfate or gluconate or fume rate, forming what can be categorized as a salt.

No chopped up iron flakes.

Yes and no: Vit c in normal doses does not impact BP meds.  Orange juice and other sweet liquids (all juice, soda, gatorade, etc) will increase your blood pressure - this will cause a relative decrease in the effectiveness of your meds.  Liquids with over 10 cal/serving (except non-fat milk in moderation) are not good for you.  Sweets in liquid form increase blood fats, belly fat & ultimately blood pressure.

Probably not: If you are pregnant there are other potential causes. Consult yr OB provider or pcp if not pregnant.

Might be serious: I am sorry to tell you that high B12 levels can be a sign of serious health problems including liver and kidney disease, myelproliferative disorders including leukemia and polycythemia vera and hypereosinophilic syndrome. Yes: Vitamins are medications when they are used to treat a given condition caused by the deficiency of that vitamin.  By definition, a vitamin is a substance that needs to be present in a very small quantity to maintain health.  "vita" life, "min" miniscule or very small.   Examples being scurvy, the deficiency of vitamin c, or rickets the deficiency of vitamin d.
