Challenging: Would consider that you have a more widespread immune disorder, and the "lesions on the brain" may well be quite important.  However, you could also be suffering from a disorder such as cadasil or melas, and, based on your info, could consider a vasculitic disorder.  Since there are many potential answers, genetic testing, spinal fluid analysis, and additional docs might help.

Clenching : Clenching of your jaws is a sign of stress. That you take "nerve pills" only confirms that you suffer from stress related problems.

Speak to your physician who may be better able to refer you to someone who can help you by physically seeing you and speaking to you.

SUGGEST: Highly recommend a second opinion, as there is a need to find out etiology of your "nerve pain", and the meds you are taking to sleep will in the end may sleep even more troublesome.  Suggest finding out root cause for your sleep issues.  In essence, have a doctor assess all of this, especially, whether you NEED your medications.

Progressive disease: Glaucoma is a chronic disease with progressive changes if the pressure is too high for the eye to withstand it.  With 30% loss, you must have had some defects on a visual field test.  Was this done in the past?  Glaucoma must be managed by an ophthalmologist - were you seeing another type of specialist?  Hopefully you are on the right track now.

Ur H.R is abnormal.: First U need to get a Cardiologist who must determine the cause and nature of Ur condition. Rule out conditions such as,Anemia,Hyperthyroidism,or WPW syndrome or drug interactions etc.

If that fails U may need EP studies to ablate certain AV Nodal tracts which will cure the condition. Good Luck.

Clarification: If you suffer a peripheral neuropathy due to organic solvents, the myelin is the least of your problems, as these toxins are axonal neuropathies with secondary myelin damage. Cannot tell if any of this is reversible, but your state poison lab can help with treatment suggestions.  A medical food, metanx may help nerve restoration, and Lyrica (pregabalin) may help symptoms.

Ask your ophthalmologist to explain these possibilities to you--it's part of his/her responsibility--i.e., education, instead of  baffling you with medicalese.

Here's accurate info: Somebody's kidding you or there is a misunderstanding. Creatine kinase is an enzyme found in the blood; the reference range was determined for couch potatoes, and in my series' of athletic medical students, a majority of healthy young people have "elevated levels" just from exercising. It's also high in a few illnesses your physician knows about, but not from "nerves".
