Probably nothing: Most adults have an absolute lymphocyte count of 1.6 x 10^3 or more, but it fluctuates chaotically. The stress of minor illness can drop it briefly in the absence of any other problem. Your physician can advise you depending on your health otherwise and may choose no follow-up. Everyone is wise to be checked occasionally for hiv.

Normal: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, the results you provided are normal. 
for good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

No: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, while your cell counts are slightly out of kilter, it is not a reason to be concerned about. If you do not have any symptoms, watchful waiting is appropriate.

Talk to pediatrician: Talk to your pediatrician. Review complete blood count (CBC) with differential trend and possibly other laboratory tests. You pediatrician may consider a pediatric hematologist evaluation.

Absolute counts: Are the most important when evaluating blood count results.  It is always important to evaluate labs in the context of patient complaints and symptoms.  If they are normal range, and there are no blasts or abnormal cells, then most likely nothing to worry about.  These may be the child's normal range or a mild virus.

Neutropenia: Low WBC plus low neutrophils is known as neutropenia. You don't really have high lymphocytes - you have to have100% of something so the lymphocytes appear proportionately higher since the neutrophils are low. You need to see a hematologist to determine the cause of & treatment for your low white cells. Please see my earlier posts on this topic for more information.

Probably not: High and low all relative. Is this percentage? What is total wbc? How high are platelets? Without numbers hard to say much more.
