Neutropenia: Low WBC plus low neutrophils is known as neutropenia. You don't really have high lymphocytes - you have to have100% of something so the lymphocytes appear proportionately higher since the neutrophils are low. You need to see a hematologist to determine the cause of & treatment for your low white cells. Please see my earlier posts on this topic for more information.

See below...: These findings are abnormal and should be discussed with your physician. You may have an infection but other causes are possible, too. It is also important what you mean by high lymphocytes: is the absolute number increased or only the percentage?
